      In case of cancellation :

- All cancellation must be in writing only

- At least 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit paid is refunded

- Less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit is lost

- Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the stay : the stay must be paid in full

- Cancellation beyond 30 days before the start of the stay : 30% of the price of the stay must be paid
